Refund and Return Policy:

Our mission here at Unique Scented Products it to make sure that when you purchase a product from us we want you to be 100% completely satisfied with your purchase.  If you’re not satisfied send us an e-mail at customerservice@uniquescentedproducts.com stating you would like a refund and let us know what you are sending back and we will gladly issue a refund (minus the shipping and handling cost) no questions asked.

If you would like to include in your message why you are returning the product(s) this would be greatly appreciated, but it is not required.  This would help us to better market our products.  

You'll need to return the product back to Unique Scented Products, PO Box 1183, Mansfield, OH 44901 at your own shipping and handling expense before we can issue you a refund.  Returns must occur within 15 days of your shipment receipt. 

Credit will be issued when the product is received (minus shipping and handling) to your PayPal account. If you paid by check, eCheck or money order your refund will be in the form of a check.   

 Shipping:

We ship USPS Priority Mail, with delivery confirmation.  A flat shipping rate of $4.05 is applied to all orders.   Please allow 7-10 business days for shipping, but please understand during the Holiday seasons shipping time could be longer.

Overnight shipping - is not available.     

We ship to the US and Canada only.

Your credit card and eChecks information will always be private and protected because your payment will be processed through a secure server.

If we receive a check or eCheck from you in payment of your order, but that check or eCheck is returned for insufficient funds your order will be placed on hold and we will notify you. 

Please keep in mind that your order will not be shipped until your check or echeck has cleared.  

 Sales Tax:

Unique Scented Products collects sales tax on orders from all customers in Ohio. 

 Minimum order:

There is a $4.00 Minimum order.  This means $4.00 before tax and shipping.
